We offer classes for Children 5-years of age and older. Our classes for children:

SMA offers Adult classes that are:


  • A healthy option for stress relief

  • Improved flexibility, strength and endurance

  • Self-confidence awareness and life skills

  • Greater variety than the traditional exercise programs

  • Enhance balance and cardio respiratory fitness


SMA kickboxing classes offer a total body workout that will aid in the body's increase of stamina, strength and flexibility. This rigorous workout helps to:

  • reduce and relieve stress 

  • alleviate feelings of frustration and anger

  • improve balance and coordination 

  • feel empowered and confident


Our Kickboxing classes incorporate the art of Shotokan’s unmatched skills for standing combat, along with an intense high calorie count-per-hour, and a fat-burning cardio workout. American kickboxing originated in the 1970s and is considered a hybrid martial art. Fighting techniques focus on strikes with hands, feet, elbows, knees and blocking while slimming down, getting toned, losing weight and building endurance.





Traditional Weapons classes can be taken along with your martial arts training or as a separate program - referred to traditionally as Kobudo.


Weapons clases are held on the first Friday of the month from 

6:30 pm to 7:30pm and

the 3rd Saturday of the month from  

10:00 am - 12:00 pm
